Refunds & cancelling gigs
Who can refund what, and what happens to the money.
- Fans: if a gig is cancelled you are refunded in full automatically, back over the rail you paid on. If you can't go, list your ticket on the Exchange at face value instead — when it sells, you get face value back and the buyer pays a £1 fee.
- Venues/bands: cancelling a gig refunds every order in full. Individual problem orders can be refunded from the gig page.
- Refunds return the whole charge — face, fee and VAT — and used (scanned-in) tickets can't be refunded.
- Disagree with a refund? File a dispute with the order number.
