Getting paid: PayPal payouts

Automatic payouts from finance@digmusik.com in GBP, EUR or USD.

Contract money is sent automatically by PayPal from finance@digmusik.com, in the payout currency on your profile (GBP, EUR or USD).

Setup: add your PayPal email under Revenue → Payout settings. Without it, your payouts sit as due and wait — nothing is lost.
Timing: when a gig is marked complete, pots divide and each share pays out immediately. Watch it happen on your Revenue page.
Wrong email? Fix it in Payout settings; anything already sent can't be pulled back, so double-check first.
Card backup: Stripe card payouts exist as a manual backup only — used if PayPal ever has issues.

Missing money? Check the payout row's status note first — then open a payout support ticket or file a dispute.
